Self-sabotage refers to behaviours or thought patterns that hold you back and prevent you from achieving what you set out to do. Very often we do not recognise the signs that we are sabotaging ourselves and often we are just left with the feelings of anger and frustration with ourselves for what we failed to achieve.
I have spent years stuck in this cycle and it was only when I learnt more about my own saboteur behaviour that I have been able to implement tools and strategies to change my mindset and achieve my goals.
There are a number of ways in which we can self sabotage
